[who comes to us]
Sound Like Anyone You Know?
Most organizations come to us at key moments. Find yours and we'll point you toward the resource or conversation that makes the most sense for where you are right now.
Something just happened
There was an incident. A complaint, a resignation, a conflict that surfaced something deeper. You need to respond well and you need to move fast.

You know something's off
No single incident, just friction. Turnover that doesn't make sense. Teams that don't collaborate. A culture that's drifting from your values.

You're doing the research
You've been asked to find something that works and bring back a recommendation. This checklist gives you the criteria, the questions, and the red flags to evaluate any culture training partner.

[what we offer]
Where Organizations Usually Start
The foundational workshop. Teams explore how bias, identity, and blind spots shape their everyday interactions — how feedback is given, how ideas get heard, how decisions get made.

Built around CLU's Detection → Interpretation → Pivot framework, this isn't a lecture. It's a live experience that creates shared language and real shifts in how people show up.

A card-based perspective-taking experience. Participants step into assigned identities and navigate real workplace scenarios, seeing how identity shapes what people notice, what they assume, and how they decide. Powerful as a standalone experience. Even more powerful after Unlocking Awareness.

Empathy as a practical communication skill — not just a feeling. Teams learn to recognize emotional cues, take different perspectives, and respond in ways that build trust. This workshop is especially useful for teams navigating a specific friction point or rebuilding after conflict.

The Viewing Deck™: Buy It. Use It. Keep Using It.
The Viewing Deck is a perspective-taking card game organizations can purchase and run independently with no facilitator required for the base experience. Teams use it for team retreats, ERG meetings, onboarding, or regular learning circles. Every card is a scenario. Every scenario is an opportunity to see the workplace through someone else's eyes. Want more structure? Add facilitation, or build internal capability through our Perspective in Practice cohort.

“Steffon guided our team through thoughtful introspection with compassion, wisdom, and humor.   I came away with a deep appreciation for the nuances and complexities of communication, and with new, effective tools to improve my own style and approach.”
“The Unlocking Awareness workshop with Steffon Isaac of CLU Studios created an honest, engaging and thought-provoking space for our department. Steffon deftly steered us through difficult topics with compassion and wisdom. Our teams felt like it was a safe space to open up and explore unconscious biases through examining how assumptions influence us daily with peers, assisting customers and in our work culture.”
“The Unlocking Awareness workshop led by CLU Studios created space for honest, human conversation with the people I work with day in and day out. It helped surface unconscious patterns and assumptions in a way that felt constructive, not performative. Steffon's tone was real – not blaming, but deeply eye-opening.”

Do you work with organizations of all sizes?
arrow up
Yes. We work with leadership teams of 8 and organizations of several hundred. The format, duration, and approach are tailored to your team's size and goals. Tell us what you're working with and we'll recommend a starting point.
Can you deliver workshops virtually?
arrow up
Yes. We deliver all of our workshops live and interactively via Zoom or your preferred platform. That said, in-person experiences create deeper shifts when they're possible — we'll travel to you.
How long does a typical engagement take?
arrow up
Most organizations start with a single workshop — typically a half-day or full-day session. From there, some add facilitated game experiences, e-learning, or a follow-up cohort. We'll help you figure out what makes sense for your goals and timeline.
What makes CLU different from other bias training providers?
arrow up
Every CLU engagement is co-created with your organization — not delivered off the shelf. We administer a culture survey before every workshop to inform the design, and we offer post-workshop office hours, a leadership debrief, and e-learning to extend the work. We also have a named framework — The Seeing System™ — that connects everything we do.
We don't have budget approved yet. Is it too early to reach out?
arrow up
Not at all. A lot of our first conversations happen before budget exists — because the call helps you understand what a typical engagement looks like and build the internal case. Reach out whenever you're ready.
Do you offer e-learning as part of your programs?
arrow up
Yes. CLU Academy is our self-paced e-learning platform with courses on bias, emotional intelligence, and inclusive leadership. It's available as a standalone resource or as an extension of a live workshop engagement.
