About

The CLU Studio designs games and interactive workshops to address unconscious bias in organizations.

Our goal is to utilize games and immersive experiences as a tool to address unconscious bias in organizations. We believe that by raising awareness and promoting open and honest discussions about diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, we can change the way people perceive each other and broaden their understanding of the impact of conscious and unconscious biases. Through our Bias Hurts initiative and accompanying resources and games, we strive to make a positive impact in the workplace and beyond.
